It had been over a year now since we moved into our house and this September we will have been together for 10 years! It will also be our 3 year Wedding Anniversary in August.

Our latest project was landscaping out backyard, which looks awesome.

We also recently put up curtains in our living room.

Josh and I are visiting our family in Erie PA for Jess's (Josh's sister) wedding to her long time fiance Matt. Our friend Sarah (who is awesome and fantastic) is staying with us and I am very happy about that, as I haven't seen her or Josh's family in almost 2 years since our wedding. So far we have had bad weather mother nature hates us) and slept in really late. Also stayed up really late... We ahve played with Hoola Hoops, visited Avonia Beach, hung out, visited Edinboro....... went to Sheetz and ate pizza later on that evening... haha Josh sucks).... played Corn Hole and hung out with friends and family!

Gram had a party for all the family and it was really fun!

Yesterday I found a magical thing!.... Piece of Cake Ice Cream!!! After years of searching (each time we have visited Erie, PA) I have finally found it. Sarah and I went to Tops supermarket and found this wonderful dessert. Oh also Sarah and I got mani/pedi!

Well it is long over due but we finally updated our photo album with pictures of the move in and some current pics of the house. We are still puttering around on things and as such took pictures to share of our living room, kitchen, stairs, computer room, and second bathroom.... more will be coming soon and also we may do another video walk through!

Also Happy Father's Day!

We visited the house today with Bobbi and saw that the house is almost done! They still need to fix a few bumps and bruises... and also remove some oleander bushes. We measured for blinds and got a general backyard measurement for irrigation.

On Tuesday we will be going through the house and marking all the areas that they need to touch up.

Then 4/13 we will be going to our new homeowners orientation...

Then 4/16 CLOSING! It is very exciting and scary all at the same time... but we are happy!

Hello all! This weeks KB has done a lot on our house... not only did they start painting, install cabinets, and put up our fence, they also put in shelving and started on closets. We still have an Ant hill that needs to be disposed of... plus there are some dents in some of the cabinets. But all in all things are going quite smoothly.

We take you on a second tour through our house after the drywall and stucco was finished. This was shot on location on 3-13-10. Also take a peak at our updated building montage!

The drywall is up in the house and it is amazing how much bigger the house looks because of it. It really is starting to feel like a house now. Before we know it we'll be moving in.

Yesterday we were part of a beautiful wedding for our friends Brandon and Kristen. Their wedding was simply beautiful. The ceremony was lovely and the reception was a hoot! What a wonderful family and such a fun time. Best Wishes to you both for a long and happy marriage!
We also found out yesterday that my long time friend Sarah and her long time boyfriend John are now engaged! It has been a long time coming and we are very happy for them as well! She told us that yesterday was their anniversary and he arranged the whole proposal so that it would be in front of a whole piano bar full of people. Congratulations and we also hope for a long and happy marriage!

We visited the house today and we now have solid walls. So now you can't see in unless you look in the windows... haha. We will also be going to our pre-drywall meeting next week and will have a for sure date that the house will be completed!
